  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsibilities:

  • Contract & Compliance Management: Ensure all service provider agreements are valid and up to date. Monitor facilities under JKKP and ST to maintain compliance.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Collect and review monthly maintenance reports, verify service quality, and ensure adherence to agreements.
  • Site Inspections & Risk Analysis: Conduct regular facility inspections, identify risks, and report potential safety issues.
  • Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop maintenance schedules and ensure technicians follow guidelines.
  • Asset & License Management: Ensure all facilities are tagged and licenses remain valid.
  • Reporting to Management: Highlight safety risks, underperforming service providers, expired agreements/licenses, and unresolved maintenance issues exceeding 30 days.

2. Facilities Under Supervision:

  • Safety & Security: CCTV, security systems, access control, barrier gates.
  • Fire & Emergency: Fire extinguishers, firefighting equipment, generators.
  • Building Systems: Lifts, escalators, LPG, water tanks, HVAC.
  • Other Services: Pool maintenance, pest control, utility usage monitoring.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance supervision, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and fire safety systems.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of JKKP (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) and ST (Energy Commission) requirements.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, building codes, and fire safety regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and contract analysis.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills for presenting maintenance reports to management.
  • Ability to supervise service providers and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Good problem-solving skills to handle urgent facility issues.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
