Job Descriptions:

Employee Data Management:

  • Maintain and update employee profiles in the HR system with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Create and maintain physical and electronic employee files.
  • Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, terminations, and salary adjustments in the HR system.

Attendance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor and track employee attendance records in HR system.
  • Verify attendance records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Address attendance discrepancies with employees and supervisors.
  • Generate attendance reports for management review.
  • Administer leave requests (vacation, sick leave, etc.) and ensure proper documentation.

HR Support:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed (e.g., employee engagement programs, performance management, training & development).
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and termination notices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Assist with the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • General office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and photocopying.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM school leavers or diploma in related field are encouraged to apply.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Candidates must be able to work in USJ1, Subang Jaya, Selangor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
