  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial accounting functions across the Group, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage treasury functions, including cash flow planning and funding strategies
  • Implement and enhance accounting systems, internal controls, and financial processes
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards, Income Tax, and Companies Act
  • Coordinate business plans, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead and mentor a team to ensure timely reporting and operational efficiency
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies
  • Drive digital transformation by recommending and implementing accounting automation tools

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Accounting or Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
  • Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)
  • Strong foundation in audit, ideally with experience in property development, construction, or the building industry
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in accounting software (IFCA/ACCWIN is a plus)
