Position: Operation Agent - Call Centre

HQ: Kuala Lumpur

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm

Job Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Contact Center Representative to assist customers request via system.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Process customer requests under the specific function for traditional life, ILP and Term policies in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality;
  • Ensure that escalation cases are flagged out and work with the team leader towards resolution within the service level agreement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
