  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the various functions of business unit (Program, Fulfillments and Costing) to achieve overall company objectives and department KPIs.
  • Responsible for meeting sales target and profit margin.
  • Review quote proposal with management and work closely with customer to win new RFQs.
  • Coordinate and manage new product launch.
  • To propose and review with management on cost reduction requested by customer.
  • Provide good services and quick respond to build good rapport with customer.
  • Make travel plans to visit customer to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage inventories and expedite customer on Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) settlement to meet inventory turn target.
  • Monitor and expedite customer on overdue AR.
  • Organize conference calls with customers to discuss on critical material shortages, delivery, forecast and open issues to achieve on time delivery (OTD) target set by customer.
  • Lead and motivate supporting staff to meet Departmental KPIs and company goals.
  • Presentation to management on sales, margin, new business and key performance indicators in the monthly business review.
  • Conduct annual appraisal and make recommendations based on staff performance.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Business, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience with at least 5 years in Managerial position.
  • Strong Leadership and ability to manage Program team of Managers, Executives & Administrators
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and experience in contract manufacturing preferred.
  • Be able to multitask.
  • Knowledge in SAP is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
