Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for direct labor roles in the manufacturing plant, such as machine operators, assemblers, technicians, and other skilled/unskilled labor. This role ensures the efficient and effective sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding of qualified candidates, while partnering with hiring managers to meet the workforce needs of the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Resourceful in sourcing candidates using a variety of methods (job boards, social media, recruitment fairs, and networking).
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, responding quickly to changing labor demands or company priorities.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Proactive mindset in seeking innovative ways to attract talent and improve recruitment processes.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with HR colleagues and hiring managers across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
