  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

* Candidate must be familiar in equipment maintenance and continuous improvement for equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for equipment maintenance and improvements for die attach bonders, wire bonders, welders, ovens, testers, etc.

· Responsible to lead a group of technicians..

· Identify, lead and implement cost reduction activities.

· Responsible in preparing & perform new equipment set-up and buy-off.

· Ensure proper facilities are available for new equipment set-up.

· Liaise with equipment vendor to improve tool capability.

· Provide feedback on equipment and material issues/make recommendations and offer solutions to ensure new products meet requirements.

· Work with process engineers in preparing and updating process documentations and work instructions for assembly line process and equipment.

· Work with production team in improving yield & UPH of the assigned processes, including cost reduction activities.

· Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc

· Derive Continual Improvement

· Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering – Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer/Telecommunication or equivalent.

· Relevant working experience in networking, test process or product transfer.

· Familiar with product development process & proven success of releasing products to production.

· Understand basic test methodologies and able to interpret/read electronic schematics and mechanical drawings.

· Experience working with fiber-optic/laser products.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • equipment maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
  • new equipment installation: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Semiconductor industry working: 5 years (Preferred)
