We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer / Test Engineer with experience in semiconductor testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor technology, along with hands-on experience in writing test scripts to validate and characterize chip performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and implement test scripts for semiconductor devices to ensure proper functionality and performance.
  • Perform electrical testing and validation of semiconductor chips, ensuring they meet required specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, process, quality) to identify and resolve product issues, improving yield and performance.
  • Analyze test data, provide insights, and recommend improvements in design, process, and testing procedures.
  • Lead product characterization and qualification efforts, ensuring all necessary tests are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to resolve any product performance issues.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to high-volume production.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes, efficiency, and product reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor product or test engineering.
  • Strong experience writing test scripts for semiconductor chips (e.g., using languages such as Python, LabVIEW, or similar scripting tools).
  • Proficiency in electrical testing of semiconductor devices, with hands-on experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor technologies and devices (e.g., transistors, diodes, MOSFETs, and power devices).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex test data to provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication, assembly, and testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
