• Plan and implement cultivation strategies for pineapples and other agricultural crops, focusing on soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation and pest control. • Monitor crop health, identify growth issues and recommend solutions to maximize yields and maintain quality. • Develop and maintain planting schedules and field operation plans to ensure timely and efficient crop production. • Conduct field trials and research to improve crop varieties, farming techniques and resource management. • Analyze data to optimize production strategies and recommend innovative practices. • Collaborate with research institutions for advanced agricultural studies and technology adoption. • Develop and promote environmentally sustainable farming practices to conserve soil and water resources. • Implement biodiversity conservation initiatives across plantation sites. • Establish and enforce quality standards for crop production, harvesting and post-harvest handling. • Implement post-harvest storage and processing techniques to minimize losses and maintain product quality. • Conduct regular quality assessments and ensure compliance with export requirements. • Provide technical training and guidance to plantation managers, supervisors and field workers on modern agricultural practices. • Develop and disseminate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plantation activities. • Support product development initiatives for domestic and international markets. • Maintain detailed records of plantation activities, crop yields and production metrics. • Prepare technical reports and presentations for management on production performance and operational challenges. • Use data analytics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
