Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and managing high-quality content focused on industrial markets, including semiconductors, electronics, and laser processing applications such as cutting, welding, and joining.
  • This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging, technically accurate, and market-relevant content that supports organization's branding and business goals.
  • Develop and manage content for industrial market segments, focusing on semiconductors, electronics, and laser processing applications.
  • Create and edit technical materials, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and application notes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Optimize content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to develop impactful content strategies.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and style that aligns with organization's brand and voice.
  • Support marketing campaigns by developing tailored content for target audiences.
  • Monitor content performance and use analytics to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on developments in industrial markets and integrate insights into content creation.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation or technical writing, preferably in industrial or technical markets.
  • Strong understanding of industrial applications such as semiconductors, electronics, and laser processing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • content creation: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Semiconductor OR Electronics manufacturing industry working: 3 years (Preferred)
