Job Purpose

Support to develop and administer HR Employee Data Administration/Shared Services processes to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with business needs, HR Shared Services plans, service quality standards and budgets.

Key Tasks

  • Administer assigned HR Employee Data Administration/Shared Services processes by setting appropriate delivery/ quality standards and timelines.
  • Check for patterns of errors/ repetitive issues and rectify the same, else escalate complex issues for resolution.
  • Support other team members on recurring errors and issues related to specific assigned HR services.
  • Maintain reports and data related to assigned HR services, as per set standards and guidelines.
  • Gather inputs and feedback from HR Partners and employees on HR services rendered or needed and share with Supervisor.
  • Maintain an effective relationship with vendors and HR Partners to assist in issue resolution.
  • Support vendor management to ensure seamless delivery of HR Employee Data Administration’s day-to-day operations.
  • Support in meeting KPIs and service levels.
  • Active participation in process improvement initiatives to increase service level standards.
  • Participate in HR projects to support Business HR goals/objectives.
  • Maintain and review SOP / documentation regularly to ensure relevance.
  • Form an active part of HR Services, contributing to a positive team spirit.

Stakeholder Management

  • May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
  • Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own function.
  • Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders' interests and concerns.
  • Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.

Management Responsibilities

  • Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others.
  • Support Team Leader on overall operations, including managing of escalations.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • HR certification preferred

Experience Level

  • Possess more than 6 years work related experience in similar field, preferably in an HR Shared Service Centre.
  • Exposure with relevant key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER / IR, etc.
  • Business understanding.
  • Proven experience of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Able to handle high volume of work and adapt to changes.
