  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager in Human Resources to join our strategic leadership team. If you have a proven track record in HR management within MNCs, and you are adept at handling strategic leadership and compliance issues, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational success.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to local, national, and international labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, development, retention, and succession planning processes.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to support employee growth and organizational performance.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues.
  • Change Management: Lead HR initiatives during organizational transformations, mergers, or restructurings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure HR strategies are effectively integrated and executed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience at in multinational companies, with demonstrated experience in a strategic leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in managing compliance, strategic HR initiatives, and leading teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse teams.
