Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with overseas vendor order status and shipment arrangement upon Purchase Order generated.
- To identify import product H.S/customs code and apply taxes (import duty or SST) exemption application.
- Work with internal department to complete the taxes exemption application or disposal.
- Ensure taxes exemption application, customs report, and material disposal application submission in timely manner by compliance to customs importation rules and regulations.
- Liaise with customs or MIDA officer for taxes exemption application.
- Liaise with Logistic team on the import shipment matter.
- Handle new project by communicating with internal and external party.
- Other tasks deemed necessary and assigned by superior.
Job requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or any other related fields.
- At least have 2 years working experience in related fields.
- Familiar with customs regulation compliance and type of exemption facility availability.
- Familiar with H.S code identification and stock reconciliation.
- Experienced in using ERP system.
- At least intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point & BI).
- Have good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
