JOB SUMMARY:
HR Recruitment Executive role in higher education involves leading the recruitment efforts to bring in the best talent that contributes to the institution's academic and operational success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring the timely hiring of skilled and qualified staff to meet current and future workforce demands, with sufficient documentation for all appointments.
- Collaborate with hiring departments to set hiring standards that align with job specifications.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment and selection processes.
- Effectively oversee both internal and external recruitment advertising.
- Screen candidates based on set hiring standards and specific criteria.
- Play an active role in candidate interviews as part of the selection panel.
- Ensure job offers are promptly extended to selected candidates.
- Formulate salary proposals for recruits with a well-grounded rationale.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
- Ideally, the candidate should have 1-3 years of recruitment experience. Prior experience in the education sector is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management capabilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of internal processes.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and an eagerness to stay updated is crucial for this position.
