  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description :

Customer & Custom

  • Responsible for day to day forwarding related matters in order to meet the customer requirements.
  • Coordinate the import and export operations, custom clearance, delivery, pick up and warehousing.
  • Handling custom clearance operations including EDI Data Entry (K1,K2,K3,K8,K9,DG,ZB and FSPG)
  • Attend any custom examination and enquiries
  • Handle and manage the temporary import export procedures such as BG,ATA,Carnet and etc
  • Handling matters related to HS Code, Duty, Tax computation & exemption, DG, ZB, OOG, BG drawback and COO (form E, D and etc)
  • Singapore export import permit endorsement follow up and attend any enquiry from Singapore Customs, Finance & HR
  • Follow up with customer on Duty/SST before proceed any clearance arrangement with customs
  • Provide solution to end clients with minimum hassels.

Shipment

  • Manage and monitor daily shipment activities

Liaise with Agent & Custom

  • Liaising with forwarding agents for third party nominations
  • Liaising with customs & customer for agent nominations
  • Give solutions for agent nominations for new client

ACTS

  • Handle ACTS declaration and attend any inquiries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
