Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the COO/Head of Campus in the day to day running of the organization;
  • Identify what is required for staff to carry out their duties -technicians/wardens;
  • Schedule projects and ensure assignments are carried out as planned;
  • Work hand-in-hand with management staff in regards to the operational issues, repair and renovation matters;
  • Prepare the annual budget
  • Execute and monitor the monthly vendor payments, follow up with finance department and update the vendors
  • Responsible for the tenancy agreements of the company units, ensure it is timely renewed and agreed on the clauses
  • In charge and responsible of all the renovation matters for the campus
  • Maintain and organize company’s facilities, conduct regular stock check on the furniture and items
  • Educate operations team on company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations Management or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational or administrative roles.
  • Experience in supervising and leading a team, with strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.
