1. Ensure adequate and appropriate availability of all research information, materials, and Research documents to ensure efficient operation of the Research Managements Centre.

2. Preparation of documents and data for City University Malaysia as required by Ministry of Higher Education and Ranking organizations; Malaysian Research Assessment (MyRA), SETARA, QS Star Rating and Ranking. AppliedHE etc. Assisting in collecting data, compiling data, and supporting documents for audit and ranking purposes.

3. Managing and monitoring all types of grants application and executions for City University Malaysia. Utilizing MyGRANTS System which is the system that use at National level for MOHE research grant system.

4. Facilitate the organization of research and publication events.

5. Act as a liaison officer for the Director with the person in charge for research at the faculties.

6.Liaise with all researchers to update all reports and to ensure all research will be completed on time as schedule.

7. Serve as Secretary for the Joint Research Review and Ethics Committee Meeting under the Research Management Centre.

8. To serve research meetings including preparation of meeting papers, presentation, taking minutes and arranging protocol and logistics for the meeting.

9. Assist the Director in the preparation of research management materials, data and documents.

10. Maintain a proper filing system of all letters, research proposal and research documents.

11. Perform any ad-hoc duties as directed by Director and Head of Department of RMC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
