About the Role : Perform HR operational activities for Malaysia, from Induction support, employee queries handling, Employee Absence Management, etc. work closely with HR talent managers to handle the employee communication, talent engagement fun activities organization and guide for employee self-services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform the HR shared services operational activities including Induction, process support for employee joining, leave of absence automation administration etc. and guide for employee self-services activities.
- Support HR talent managers to handle the employee communication, engagement fun activities organization.
- Generate the HR regular reporting for HR talent management and business leaders
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor / HR Talent managers
Job Requirements
- Min a Bachelor’s degree
- Min 2 to 4 years of HR or administrative relevant experience is preferred
- Good English communication of spoken and written is must.
- Good office software skill is must
