Job Summary
We are seeking a Jr. Online Analyst - CM with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in speaking Thai, translating Thai to English and understanding Thai. The role involves content strategy and online/digital marketing. This is a work-from-office position with rotational shifts.
Responsibilities

- Support the creation of digital marketing materials including social media posts blogs and newsletters.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of online initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Ensure all content is culturally appropriate and resonates with the target audience.
- Provide support in managing online communities and responding to user inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications
- Must have proficiency in speaking Thai and translating Thai to English.
- Must have a strong understanding of Thai language and culture.
- Must have experience in content strategy and online/digital marketing.
- Nice to have experience in managing online communities and user engagement.
- Nice to have knowledge of SEO and online analytics tools.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
