Supervisor

• To assist the superior in running retail operations effectively and profitably. • To ensure individual and team achieve the respective retail outlet sales target. • To assist in planning and managing day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, such as preparing monthly duty roster and daily work schedule including effective management of leave application of the retail outlet. • To assist in providing guidance and training to retail outlets on retail outlet processes, procedures and business activities according to Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and job responsibilities and to achieve set objectives. • T,r guide, assist and to ensure the respective retail outlet staff to perform their duties and responsibilities. • To assist in running the retail outlet operations smoothly. • To assist in ensuring proper maintenance of accounts, cash flow and sales records by cashier. • To assist in enforcing the internal ·control procedure in order to reduce stock; monetary leakage from the operating retail outlet. • To bank in cash sales. • To serve walk-in customers and ensure proper customer service is rendered. • To promote the company's products and sales promotions to customers. • To solve customers' complaints quickly and efficiently in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and ensure the same complaint(s) will not repeat in the future. • To improve on merchandise, branch and service facilities based on customer's constructive suggestion. • To provide feedback on customers' comments, slow-moving items and competitors' information to the superior in order to plan for countermeasures. • To assist in providing the safest and a comfortable possible environment for customers and employees. • To understand the requirements on the Company rules and regulations and lead by example. • To perform any other duties as requested by the superior.
