Job Summary

  • Provide IT support to Cognizant internal users.
  • Provide field support to offshore IT team.
  • Location IT asset management

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving & Monitoring Queue for ticket closure and SLA control.
  • Escalation Tracking and own till closure.
  • Maintaining local asset tracker and sustain online SNOW AMDB accuracy.
  • Induction and KT to newly joined associates.
  • VIP support.
  • Responsible for Floor Management parameters.
  • IT problem tracking and closure for the location.
  • Provide support for IT infra outages (emergency support needed during offhours)
  • End point compliance remediation and Software Harvesting (unauthorized software uninstallation).
  • Technical troubleshooting for any application software/OS on Desktops/Laptops/Apple Mac devices.
  • Printers and Multifunctional device support.
  • Intune Support on Phone
  • VNET / Video Conference support.
  • Hands & Feet support for implementation & Maintenance activity in Hubroom (off hour support needed)

Job Requirements

  • Good English Communication Skill
  • Experience in MS windows OS / Intune
  • Experience in OS imaging
  • Basic knowledge on network infra structure and Cloud.

Good to have

  • Microsoft Active Directory Skillset
  • Network knowledge
