Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge in operating Building Management System for buildings and shopping malls.
- Sound technical knowledge in Mechanical & Electrical System (M&E System) for high rise buildings and shopping malls.
- Those with experience in PLC & SCADA application, networking setup, instruments and troubleshooting of hardware will have an added advantage.
- Independent and self-motivated with good initiative and communication skills.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
Job Responsibilities
- As the front-line solution to any reported issues with equipment and Mechanical & Electrical system in the field.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to service schedule and explain to the facilities manager on instrument/system status.
- Responsible to prepare and submit progress service & maintenance report & ensure all service is completed within the standard procedure.
- Conduct and support commissioning & start-up to system if required.
- Provide additional expertise on electrical and controls of the systems.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Monitor system functionality and guide and train other technicians on duty.
- Liaison with service provider and seek advice from service provider when system is down and or in any case if the system is down.
- Review and analyze the historical report if any M&E fault is reported.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
