  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

POSITION REQUIREMENT

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant Branding, Marketing and Digital Marketing experiences are preferred.
  • Able to work swiftly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to multi-task under pressure and work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Effective interpersonal and analytical skills with creative thinking and sharp business acumen.
  • Excellent communications skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office applications. Design and social media knowledge is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To formulate and implement all marketing presentation and promotion materials.
  • To responsible in implementing all marketing communication activities and strategies such as advertising, copywriting, PR, media, news, exhibition, seminar, etc. and preparation of promotional collaterals.
  • To participate in day-to-day sales and marketing activities and responsible for the designing of all printed materials, press releases, speeches and E-news.
  • To carry out customer satisfaction survey and analyses the survey results.
  • To introduce and implement customer service program.
  • To responsible for marketing database such as customer database and industry database.
  • To compile and analyze customer buying behavior and competitors information.
  • Review and update corporate brochure, homepage and any other A&P assignment.
  • To edit articles contributed by staff for publication in in-house news bulletin.
  • To plan, apply and implement the in-house news bulletin and to head the Editorial Committee.
  • To ensure quality of services are provided to customers through various measures.
  • To visit clients, conduct customer surveys and obtain feedback on service quality, if needed.
  • To assist in the preparation of Marketing Proposals, tender document and make presentation if required.
  • To ensure ISO procedures within the departments are fully complied and upgrade when needed.
  • Commits to quality, health, safety, environmental and energy management practices and comply with the roles and responsibilities stated in IMS Document.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 03/01/2025
