CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
Greet visitors at arrivals and departures and provide assistance courteously
Answer all in-coming call within 3 rings, routes calls after screening
Take messages with accuracy and relay the messages timely
Maintenance of telephone records
All other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
At minimum possess a Certificate and/or Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience
Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
Ability to work on shift schedules is a prerequisite
Working experience in Customer Service, Healthcare and Hospitality industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken
Pleasant personality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
