Job Responsibilities
- Attendance Monitoring: Oversee and track the daily attendance of two car park attendants stationed at Jonker Street, Malacca, ensuring punctuality and adherence to duty schedules.
- Salary Coordination: Liaise with the HR department to ensure timely and accurate salary payments to the car park attendants at the end of each month.
- Parking Revenue Reconciliation: Verify parking records from the automated parking system against bank statements and TNG (Touch 'n Go) inward remittances to ensure accurate reconciliation with the company’s account.
- Rental Collection Oversight: Monitor and maintain updates on rental collection for two warehouses located near Jonker Street, ensuring timely payments and follow-ups.
- Monthly Management Reporting: Conduct monthly meetings with the management team during the first week of each month to present status updates on the above responsibilities, highlighting key issues and proposed resolutions.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Candidate must willing to work at Petaling Jaya and occasionally travel to Melaka.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM100.00 - RM500.00 per month
