  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Requirement:

  • Chargeman BO 11KV certificate of competency from Energy Commission (EC).
  • Preferably 3 years’ experience in building maintenance services/facilities management services for high rise buildings and shopping mall operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • To supervise M&E Team assigned to him.
  • To plan and co-ordinate all site operational matters and ensure smooth day to day operations.
  • To attend to complaints and provide technical support to solve the problems.
  • To ensure all works, either corrective and preventive maintenance are completed on time and with good quality.
  • To lead, guide and train site staffs on most efficient methods of implementing corrective and preventive maintenance to his best ability.
  • To trouble-shoot, repair, overhaul and maintain all M&E equipment.
  • To ensure all tools and assets given are maintained in good operating conditions.
  • To ensure that all stocks/spare parts are properly utilized.
  • To ensure that his subordinates present themselves orderly at all time during working hours.
  • To monitor and take appropriate action, when necessary, on all the electrical equipment /systems.
  • To control and maintain electrical equipment/systems (in-coming, out-going feeders, transformers, electrical distributions, standby generator, etc.).
  • To carry out switching operations on all electrical systems for high voltage and low voltage depending on competency of Chargeman.
  • To carry out isolation procedure on electrical equipment/systems.
  • Responsible for safe operations of all electrical equipment/systems and standby generator and are in good working order at all times.
  • To carry out faults investigation on electrical/systems and take all necessary action in order to rectify the faults.
  • To provide advice/consultation to tenant on electrical jobs relate to fit-out or design review for any new renovation works.
  • Committed to safety and health practices and comply with the roles and responsibilities stated in Integrated Management System (IMS) Manual.
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
