- As this is a 100% telesales role, the incumbent must be comfortable to make outbound calls via digital communication tools, and be on the phone over an extended periods of time.
- Able to speak, read and write in Traditional Mandarin fluently.
- Comfortable in working with online business tools such as Google applications. Experience with Salesforce an added advantage.
- A proficient communicator.
- A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn.
- Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes.
- Supporting Taiwan market.
- Previous telesales experience is not necessary but is an added plus point.
- Experience in bank card / loan, insurance via telesales is added plus point.
- Fresh graduate who have interest in telesales are encourage to apply.
