Responsibilities: 1. Ecommerce Account Management Handle online marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok etc. Manage the online store daily, including SKU updates, pricing changes, sales order synchronization, banner management, etc. Arrange and oversee order fulfilment, monitor packing, and ensure timely delivery to customers. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide assistance for customer inquiries, requests, complaints and after-sales support. Plan, execute, and monitor online campaigns and promotional mechanics for e-commerce and marketplaces. Work closely with platforms' Key Account Managers to analyse and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Report, analyse, and improve online marketing strategies in line with ongoing company campaigns. Responsible for daily tracking of performance metrics against KPIs. 2. Livestream Account Management - Responsible for leading TikTok live streaming activities. - Schedule livestream sessions and ensure timely execution. - Monitor livestreams for quality and compliance with company standards. Requirement : - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relation, Multimedia Arts or equivalent. - Candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years experience - Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.
