Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our resort. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with a passion for guest satisfaction and the ability to manage a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce housekeeping procedures and standards to maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene across the resort.
  • Work closely with the front office, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering when necessary.
  • Address any housekeeping-related guest complaints or maintenance issues quickly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and procedures.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies, and ensure that follow-up procedures are executed.
  • Provide continuous training to the housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

Respond to guest feedback and special requests in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.
Collaborate with the front office team to anticipate guest needs and ensure personalized service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, ideally in a resort or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and inspiring a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
