Responsibility

  • Obtained purchase order from customer ( franchisee & corporate outlet)
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, delivery schedules and confirmation order.
  • Generate and maintain sales reports, invoices and other required documentation.
  • Re-check stock customer order against sales order.
  • Checking goods from supplier & customer order.
  • Ensure all copy Do return back by driver complete signature, name and date. Sorting and Filling documentations
  • Follow up feedback quality form, equipment repair from franchisee or corporate store.
  • Assist warehouse to check stock card and physical accurate. Picking and packing stock if needed.
  • To arrange logistic for northern, east coast and east Malaysia (e.g update total ctn , follow up arrival stock )
  • Update accounts department for the daily schedule.

Requirement

  • SPM or Diploma or Equivalent
  • Prior experience working in Warehouse
  • Computer literacy
  • Relative physical strength and stamina
  • Good in communication skill
  • Teamwork, Planning, Time Management, Dependability
  • Posses own transport
  • Ability to prioritize task given
