Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and find new markets, customers, and potential partners in the manufacturing industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key partners.
  • Develop sales strategies, generate leads, and work to meet or exceed sales targets. Negotiate and close deals.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, demonstrating how our products and services can meet their needs.
  • Work with the marketing and operations teams to create solutions that match customer requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Regularly report on sales progress, market trends, and competition to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and the market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
