About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Delivery Associate to join our team! Your main tasks will include delivering goods, assisting customers in learning how to use our products, and managing showroom logistics. If you have a Goods Driving License (GDL) and a passion for customer service, we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

Safely deliver goods to customers on time.
Educate customers on product usage after delivery.
Load and unload items from the showroom and company vehicles.
Maintain proper handling and transportation of goods.
Assist in organizing and arranging items in the showroom.
Provide professional and friendly customer service.
Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately.

Job Requirements:

Possess a valid Goods Driving License (GDL).
Physically fit to handle lifting and moving goods.
Good communication skills for interacting with customers.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
Willing to assist in showroom operations when needed.
Basic problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries.
