Job Description:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to guests.
  • Manage and supervise front desk staff, including receptionists and guest service agents, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage room availability, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate booking and occupancy levels.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all front office records, including guest information, payment details, and any special requests or notes.
  • Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures are followed, including processing payments and issuing invoices.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage, to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate front office staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure the team meets performance standards.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and guest safety.
  • Handle special requests, VIP guest services, and event coordination as needed.
  • Assist in managing shift schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for peak times.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and security protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
