
Junior Executive/Executive (HomeCare Service Team) - Open to Candidates from Sabah & Sarawak
We are seeking two dedicated professionals to join our team: Junior Executive/Executive as below: (Note: Candidates from Sabah and Sarawak are welcome to apply and need to work in Shah Alam.)
Position 1: Junior Executive/Executive
To lead, monitor and support in handling activation and new product or service development
Responsibilities:
1. New Service Planning & Development
- Pre-plan new services: Prepare and organize ideas for launching new services, considering what will work best for the company.
- Develop new service SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and MOT (Moments of Truth): Create guidelines and important service interaction points to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments: Work with teams across the company to make sure everything is in place for the new service.
- Track development progress: Keep an eye on the progress of the new service to ensure everything is ready by the launch date.
2. Service & Quality Enhancement
- Review and preview services: Regularly check how current services are doing and look for ways to improve them.
- Update or improve SOPs and MOTs: Adjust existing procedures and key service moments to enhance the customer experience.
- Deliver the best service experience: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met consistently.
3. Monthly Operations – Service Report
- Compile and review service reports: Collect data and prepare a report each month to track how well the services are performing. Use this report to identify any areas that need improvement.
Position 2: Junior Executive/Executive
To lead, monitor and support in handling service planning operation, report and analysis. (Note: Candidates from Sabah and Sarawak are welcome to apply and need to work in Shah Alam.)
1. Daily Operation Report
- Sales Report: Prepare and review the daily sales report to track sales figures and performance.
2. Sales Analysis
- Sales performance analysis: Analyze how well sales are doing and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales trend: Track sales trends to understand patterns and make informed decisions.
3. SQC (Service Quality Control) Analysis
- Service Quality performance and analysis: Evaluate the quality of service provided and identify areas for improvement to ensure high standards.
4. Service Forecast
- Regional and state service job forecast and analysis: Predict and analyze future service needs in different regions and states to plan ahead.
5. Expansion & Recruitment
- Recruitment and expansion analysis and planning: Analyze and plan for hiring new staff and expanding the team or business.
6. Tools & Service Ordering
- Monthly tools ordering: Order tools and equipment needed for the month to support operations.
7. Oracle
- Purchasing of first batch tools and Non-Inventory items: Use the Oracle system to purchase essential tools and other items not kept in regular inventory.
8. Car Subsidy
- Review car subsidy request and prepare monthly subsidy report: Check car subsidy requests and prepare a report on monthly subsidy payments.
Job Requirements (For Both Positions):
- Open to applicants from Sabah & Sarawak
- Candidate with minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree level qualification
- Required language(s): English or Bahasa Malaysia and or Mandarin would be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words)
- Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, Strong Communication Skills.
- Able to work independently with a positive character and willing to take up new challenge.
- Work Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
- Willing to relocate to Shah Alam for this position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
