We are seeking to hire a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor who will provide support and supervision for daily housekeeping operations. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the campus, student accommodations, and common areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves managing and scheduling shifts and assignments for housekeeping staff, as well as conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.


Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the campus, student accommodations, and common areas are maintained to high standards.
  • Manage and schedule housekeeping staff shifts and assignments.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for repairs or special cleaning needs.
  • Provide training and performance feedback to housekeeping staff to ensure service excellence.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials, and initiate procurement as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and recommend improvements as necessary.

About You:

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping, preferably in a large facility, university, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary.
