  • Optimize on-site workflow and operational procedures.
  • Be familiar with overall restaurant operations and cost control to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate and enforce company policies, with thorough reporting on implementation.
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere to boost morale.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, addressing and correcting operational issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role in the F&B industry.
  • Strong ability to engage and motivate staff at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering effective training programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
