- Control store operating costs and reduce waste.
- Lead customer satisfaction efforts, maintain customer relationships, handle complaints, and manage crises.
- Lead staff allocation and scheduling, personnel training, and talent pool development.
- Optimize on-site workflow and operational procedures.
- Be familiar with overall restaurant operations and cost control to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate and enforce company policies, with thorough reporting on implementation.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere to boost morale.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, addressing and correcting operational issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role in the F&B industry.
- Strong ability to engage and motivate staff at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering effective training programs
