PROJECT TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

1.Manage scope, timeline and budget execution 2.Manage expectations for everyone on a project including the engineering team, client services, team lead(s), and clients 3.Run scrums and other status meetings in cooperation with team leads 4.Regularly review team hours against SOW estimates and/or blueprints 5.Gather and document requirements alongside development team so that everyone understands project scope 6.Set up projects and budgets in our PM software systems 7.Review client budgets and hours used on a regular basis 8.Evaluate and triage client emergencies, assigning tasks to the appropriate team members 9.Manage the collection of assets, feedback, and information from the customer 10.Perform meeting prep, prepare agendas, and handle all follow up communication 11.Regularly communicate with the Executive Team the status of client deliverables 12.Proactively communicate with clients on the status of their project, and coordinate payments with account management/client services 13.Produce weekly and monthly summary reports as needed for internal and external communication 14.At least 10 years of experience , ideally in a technical construction environment 15.Experience working within a team 16.Understanding of agile and waterfall project management styles 17.Familiar with leading stand-ups, meetings, and arranging client calls 18.Experience managing projects with small, medium and large-sized budgets
