  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As Category Lead, you will develop and execute the Go-To-Market approach for assigned portfolios, solutions, and services in alignment with JAPAC strategy. You will work closely with Regional Business Unit Leaders to ensure consumer and category insights are reflected in strategy, leading to winning portfolios and flawless new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver portfolio development, pruning, perfect NPI execution, recommended pricing, and STTI levels.
  • Deliver business plans for respective businesses in the Zone, acting as key interface with Regional team and BU where needed.
  • Work closely with local CMMs (District level) to act as voice of consumer and customer for the Zone, incorporating deep audience-specific insights.
  • Live and breathe the consumer journey and category-specific shopper insights, ensuring well-orchestrated Execution of Region and Zone strategy.
