Job Summary:

  • Responsible for executing the strategies and plans devised by treasury management, ensuring the financial transactions efficiency and accurate records.
  • Understanding compliance regulations and legal requirements, with the treasury function playing an important role in making sound decisions to ensure compliance.

Job Description:

  • Effective cash management involves monitoring cash inflows and outflows, forecasting cash needs, and optimizing cash balances to ensure that the company has enough liquidity to meet its financial obligations.
  • To supervise in treasury and fund management functions including but not limited to processing of payments, fund transfer, placements, disbursement of financings, cash flow projection.
  • To ensure effective implementation of funding and banking facilities related matters including but not limited to drawdown, rollover, repayment, tracking of profit/interest, and preparation of relevant reports.
  • To coordinate the change of bank signatories, liaise with bankers on day-to-day operations issues and any other bank account related matters.
  • To prepare bank reconciliations including following up with Finance Operations team (AP/AR/GL) to ensure unreconciled items are matched accordingly.
  • To propose a journal posting with supporting to resolve the bank recon's open items.
  • To propose a journal posting for every fund transfer request.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operations or a related financial services role.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements, especially within the SAP environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong working knowledge of the SAP system, including relevant modules and functionalities related to finance operations, is highly preferred.
  • Experience with other finance software and data analytics tools a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
