JOB DESCRIPTION: • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll function and related report. • Maintain payroll record and resolve any payroll queries or issue to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Responsible for statutory payment and liaising with related government bodies. • Develop, improve and maintain payroll policies. • Familiar with attendance / payroll system such as Ingress Fingertec and Flex HRMS. • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior. Requirement • Degree in Business & Administration (HR) • Age in between 29 – 35 years old • Minimum of 5 years’ Experience in Payroll processing (Experience in manufacturing is advantageous) • Familiar and well verse in the Employment Act 1955, Malaysian Industrial Act and related regulation. • Familiar and experience in handling Management function job scope environment • Experience and exposed in the policy/guideline/ procedures’ creation
