  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring smooth progress of projects and completion of project within cost, time and quality standard
  • Knowledgeable about authorities and approval procedures and to work with consultants to secure all necessary planning and technical requirement
  • Manage, supervise and coordinate all project activities and resources Lead and provide guidance to the site personnel in carrying their task
  • To assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily activities at project sites.
  • Plans and monitors the work progress of the team for compliance with standards and with the detailed development plan
  • To supervise and control sub-contractors' activities at site
  • Ensure smooth running / operation of site works at project site
  • Overall responsible for all site operations in terms of progress, quality and safety of work
  • Prepares and reviews construction work programme.
  • To plan, organize, implement and monitor assigned project
  • To ensure minimal wastage at site and ensuring that housekeeping are regularly performed
  • To ensure all contractor works and suppliers products are carried as per drawing and specifications
  • Participating in client consultants and technical meeting.
  • Organizing weekly site meeting with the sub contractors for coordination
  • Prepare PQP, documents and check documents such as method statement of works, materials submission, construction drawings and specifications to the relevant authorities
  • To plan on site mobilization, site office set up and filing system.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior
  • To check on drawing on any discrepancy and submit RFI for clarification

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
  • At least 3 year(s) of work experience in construction/civil or other related field.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialising in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word & MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English
  • Applicants must be willing to be relocated to our various project sites.
  • Applicants who willing to take up challenge on fast-track project
  • Ability to start work immediately is an added advantage

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

Saturday 8.00am – 1.00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
