Support the division to facilitate their development portfolio at the wafer fabrication site Kulim. Interact with remote technology development and product development to achieve the required target performance of the technologies in development. Ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standard and ensure adherence to development to manufacturing guidelines. Is the Owner of technology process routes until T9. Provide expert feedback on technology related problems, planned measures and quality related topic and has measurable impact on working results within global organizational area. Creates and supports innovative ideas in his/her field of knowledge collaboratively and support development by use of simulation tools.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • Develop leading edge wafer technology, define new devices and technology architectures based on customers and company needs
  • Develop methodologies for continue process / device improvement and reliability verification. This includes new inline, PCM and post silicon verification methods in high voltage and current
  • Work with cross-functional international teams to certify processes and qualify new products
  • Plan, coordinate and analyses complex process experiments to derive necessary process optimization
  • Manage and coordinate development activities with manufacturing to resolve complex process and materials issues
  • Ensure fast and secure development lot delivery within project timeline
  • Take leading role in the definition of new technologies and support in terms of simulations (TCAD, Simetrix) and post silicon verification in high voltage and high current
  • Take leading role and ownership in a creative way and create IPs when possible
  • Ensure process stability and quality across the complete production flow
    • Support the production team in ramp up phase of new technologies


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/MaterialScience/Chemistry or similar
  • Minimum 7-9 Year of working experience in FE related Semiconductor industry
  • 3-5 years in FE-technology development
  • Experience in research publication and IP generation
  • Deep understanding in semiconductor physics and process integration
    • Understanding of high currents, high voltages and electrical circuits
