  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in:-Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Confident, caring, and hungry for challenges and growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Hands-on and willing to be closely involved in managing things and making decisions.
  • No work experience required.
  • Able to work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.
  • Minimum internship period of 3 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in:-
  • recruitment process,
  • sourcing & screening for candidates
  • arranging interviews
  • offer management
  • conducting reference checks if required.
  • Actively involved in:-
  • _recruitment

creating job descriptions
posting opportunities on several job boards
supervising the hiring process._

  • Assist in training & development programs.
  • Assist in attendance and leave management.
  • Assist in key disciplinary matters in the system.
  • Assist day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Search for internship coordinators from universities, colleges, and any other institutions.
  • Inputting new employee information and updating existing employee details from time to time in company databases
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, punctuality, etc) according to policy
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Assist HR Manager and HR Personnel on ad hoc assignments
