Primary Responsibilities

Purchasing Administration

  • Expedite the delivery of purchase orders to ensure timely supply chain management.
  • Assist in preparing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to ensure competitive pricing and accurate specifications.
  • Obtain at least three (3) bids for specified products or services to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Prepare budget shells based on designer specifications for accurate financial planning.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, such as bid summaries, to support purchasing decisions.
  • Close project files and maintain a project storage log for future reference.
  • Maintain and update vendor information, including disclaimers and credit applications.
  • Ensure compliance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards at all stages, from product sourcing to storage.

Other Responsibilities

  • Stay informed of the hotel's fire and life safety/emergency procedures to ensure workplace safety.
  • Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as required by management for professional development.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times to reflect the company’s values.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by management to support the smooth running of operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
