Primary Responsibilities
Purchasing Administration
- Expedite the delivery of purchase orders to ensure timely supply chain management.
- Assist in preparing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to ensure competitive pricing and accurate specifications.
- Obtain at least three (3) bids for specified products or services to ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare budget shells based on designer specifications for accurate financial planning.
- Prepare and analyze reports, such as bid summaries, to support purchasing decisions.
- Close project files and maintain a project storage log for future reference.
- Maintain and update vendor information, including disclaimers and credit applications.
- Ensure compliance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards at all stages, from product sourcing to storage.
Other Responsibilities
- Stay informed of the hotel's fire and life safety/emergency procedures to ensure workplace safety.
- Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as required by management for professional development.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times to reflect the company’s values.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by management to support the smooth running of operations.
