  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Admin and HR departments to support and assist in placement administration
  • Assisting day-to-day accounting functions including filing, data entry, record keeping, and data management
  • Assist with the invoicing and arranging payment to the supplier
  • Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Working with bookkeeping software
  • Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
  • Prepare project reports, progress summaries, and related data
  • Learning how to work as part of the Accounting, Admin, and HR team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients
  • Assist with ad-hoc assigned by supervisor
  • Meet the above requirements, and able to work on Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.
