  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overall purpose

1.1 To support in repairing Ericsson radio and switching product adhere to ESD regulation and Ericsson standard.

1.2 To support on product upgrading (RCO - soldering) and soldering repair activities.

Responsibilities

2.1 To be able to produce output all the time as per target set.

2.2 To be able to read standard working procedure and instruction set by management.

2.3 To have experience in electronic boards and printed circuit board assemblies work environment.

2.4 To be able to carry out PCBA repair activity to support all the repaired product with high quality and adhere to ESD regulations.

2.5 To have experience in repair work of electronic boards and printed circuit board assemblies’ environment.

2.6 Must have knowledge & experience on repair tools (EG: Soldering set; Hot Air blower; BGAs machine).

2.7 To ensure that the repair tools, equipment, test stations and instruments that may be used in the repair area to be handled with the right knowledge and care.

2.8 To be able to work on shift rotation and overtime when requested by management

2.9 To work towards achieving the Delivery Precision that is set by the management.

2.10 To be able to support any repair products in repair areas when necessary.

Repair / Soldering Technician

IPC-7711/21 Rework, Modification and Repair of Electronic Assemblies is a mandatory requirement

Additionally, they are required to receive training related to the following standards, with a focus on the sections relevant to IPC-7711/21:

-IPC J-STD-001 Standard Soldering Requirements

-IPC-A-610 - Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies

4.1 HUMAN COMPETENCES

"4.1.1 Possess a minimum Diploma in Electronic Engineering (communication)

“OR” Min Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering"

4.1.2 Possess a Certified in Soldering work (Thru Hole and SMD).

4.1.3 To work well in a team by being a good team player

4.1.4 A good team player which willing to share knowledge among team members to create a learning environment.

4.1.5 To create an environment of continuous learning and development that lays the groundwork for technicians to proactively develop themselves.

4.1.6 To be able to initiated ideas for changes and improvements.
