  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting for the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Assist in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting including:
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • Account payable/receivable
  • Operational cash flow
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
  • Prepare full set of high-quality management reports (Profit & Loss, Balance sheet, Cash Flow),

and insights to management on the company’s financial position and operational outcomes.

  • Ensure the preparation of monthly accounts & financial reports in a timely and accurate manner

and in accordance with statutory requirements.

  • Colaborate with other departments on all accounting matters and resolve queries/problem that

arise.

  • Liaise with internal company secretary and external auditors, tax agent and relevant

government bodies to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements.

  • Stay updated with current Accounting Standards, Tax Laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • And any other duties given by management from time to time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting, preferably in managing the full set of accounts.
  • Knowledge in both Malaysia and Singapore accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various teams.
