  • Maintain records and preparing monthly expense reports.
  • Ensure that payment documents are always updated in company's file system, correspondence and all documentation systems.
  • Manage payment matters through bank transfers and writing checks for payment purposes such as rent, utility and supplier payments.
  • Record daily transactions such as bank transactions and petty cash every day.
  • Record all payment that have been made by issuing payment vouchers for company record purposes.
  • Maintain complete records of all financial transactions of the company according to accounting principles (within the UBS system).
  • Ensure the accuracy of relevant documents and records (petty cash & payment vouchers).
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for a specific period.
  • Carry out accounting calculations using computer software used by the company.
  • Prepare cash flow projections and budgets.
  • Maintain and controlling purchase accounts.
  • Using accounting principles to identify and resolve problems that arise while performing duties.
  • Carry out tasks related to account & finance.

Job Type: Full-time
