  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Club Operations Manager
Salary Range: Up to RM6,000
Location: Mont Kiara

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach a team of club managers to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Conduct regular club visits to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive footfall and increase revenue.
  • Analyze sales data and customer insights to inform decision-making and implement data-driven initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Foster a positive work environment and support the professional development of your team

Qualifications Required:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Management / Business Administrative or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the gaming industry

Skills / Competencies

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpreting sales and performance metrics
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with gaming technology and inventory management best practices

Personal Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
