  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

  • Assist in the management of daily logistics tasks, interactions with suppliers to ensuring orders are processed and delivered on time.
  • Perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment
  • Responsible to make sure supplier are capable to provide needed documents for all raw materials (Halal cert, Product Spec, Process Flow, ISO Cert, etc.)
  • Responsible to source any raw materials as required by R&D
  • Responsible to source alternative supplier for every raw materials use in production
  • Monitor status of orders and ensuring the purchase item received on required delivery date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Dispute, Payment, Finance, and Fraud teams, and engage in logistics-related inquiries.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to claims, including claim files, correspondence, and reports.
  • Support in resolving seller complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the Head of Operations.
  • Input data into SAP system and manage complete documentation.
  • Assists another ad-hoc assignment from time to time in its sole discretion, either verbally or written.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and Business Management or any related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paces, dynamic and team-oriented environment
  • Possess own transport
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive attitudes with a Can-Do mindset.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM900.00 per month
